The timing of God has always been a very present reality at Upon The Rock Christian Camp. While man's idea of perfection takes a back seat, we watch as the Lord perfectly provides all that is needed in His timing.

We are currently almost done with the installation of two large culverts at the site of the old Camp Entrance. Once these culverts are covered, and the area is prepped, Huerfano County can come in and finalize the road that they started. This restored County Road will lead us into Upon The Rock once again, and will permit us to bring heavy equipment back into the camp. This wasn't possible for the past six years due to the steep conditions of our temporary road.

Heavy equipment is necessary for building. Once our first project, the camp well-house, is completed, we will be able to move on to larger projects, such as the Cornerstone Lodge.

We currently have a full time team of 10 individuals working hard at Upon The Rock. This is a blessing from God, and another example of His perfect timing. We have never had such a large team before, yet they have come exactly when the Lord knew the work would be available for them. Keep an eye on this page for more building updates!
