ANNUAL SILENT AUCTION

WITH A NEW TWIST!

We’ve had many opportunities to think out of the box this year, and due to continuing COVID restrictions, our main fundraising event is another element that had to be rethought.

 

In not being able to meet together for this event, we will miss the personal fellowship and encouragement that comes from seeing 300 people in one room eating a delicious dinner and amazing homemade desserts, laughing and visiting, praising God for His goodness, praying to God for His help and generously sharing the gifts we’ve been given to continue to move the ministry forward.

As with all things, there are also many good things about this change...an especially exciting silver lining is that everyone reading this newsletter can participate in our virtual banquet this year!

 

That is an awesome opportunity that has never been possible in the past!

INTRODUCING...

BANQUET-IN-A-BOX

1.

You send in your ticket to receive a box with everything you need to participate in our
virtual banquet. The cost is $20 and we will mail it your way the 1st week in Nov.

2.

Invite a few “healthy” friends over to share a special time of dinner and/or dessert,
fellowship and an opportunity to learn about the ministry of Upon The Rock.
(This will be made possible via a link to an online presentation)

3.

The box will include items to help make your small gathering a unique
experience with a touch of camp in your home. Feel a little closer to Upon The Rock as you watch the virtual banquet!

4.

If possible, schedule this gathering at your home on Saturday, November 14th at
7pm MST. (If that doesn’t work for you, the online presentation can be accessed from

November 14th—30th!!)
